For exchange without any loss of price: you must confirm that the product you purchased is suitable for exchange; You must go to our nearest store or the store where you made the purchase with your sales documents and confirm that the jewelry is suitable for exchange within 14 days. If it is determined that your diamond product is suitable for exchange, this product can only be replaced with another diamond jewellery. It is not possible to replace diamond jewelry with gold products.
For exchange requests for jewelery that exceeds the 14-day loss-free exchange period: if you want to exchange it for another product that is twice the value of the product you purchased; First of all, no labor costs are deducted from the jewelry you purchase.
In return transactions, if the product you purchased is eligible for return; You will be refunded by deducting 40% of the amount you paid as labor cost.
All diamond jewelry you have purchased is under a lifetime maintenance guarantee with the privileges of Gilya Diamond. You can have your jewelery serviced free of charge at Gilya Diamond stores once every six months. This application is exclusive to Gilya Diamond customers only.
