Delivery

Your order will be delivered free of charge by Yurtiçi Kargo company.

Your order is under the responsibility and assurance of gilyadiamond.com until it is delivered to you by the Yurtiçi cargo company.

The product you purchase is specially prepared for you in line with the preferences you specified during the order. It is delivered safely to the address you specify in a special jewelry box, along with the product certificate, invoice delivery note, and gift note.

If you wish, you can provide different delivery and billing addresses so that your invoice reaches you and your gift reaches your loved ones.

Your order takes 1-2 business days for products we have in stock, and 3-4 business days for products that need to be produced.

Prepared orders are delivered to the cargo company except Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and public holidays.

The cargo company makes deliveries outside of Sundays, public holidays, and public holidays.

You will be notified by e-mail when your order is delivered to the cargo company.

If the recipient cannot be found at the delivery address, the cargo company leaves a visit notice. If the buyer, to whose address a visit notice was left, does not contact the cargo company within 3 days, the cargo company returns the package to gilyadiamond.com’s office.

Please check the products you ordered by comparing them with the delivery note during delivery. If you think the products are missing or damaged, do not receive the package by keeping a report with the cargo officer. Please report the situation to the gilyadiamond.com order officer using the contact form. After the necessary inspection, your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible. When you receive the product, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.

You can review the status of your order on the order tracking page.

For any questions or problems you may have on these issues, you can contact us using the contact form.
